It was built at the lower end of the village at the turn of the road towards Paderovka. The chapel was built by a family. Bohumír Martinovič in 1997. She was consecrated on August 10, 1997. With the great participation of believers, she was consecrated by the Vdp. pastor F. Kaňka. Two Kátlov natives, priests Jozef Kosmál and Marián Uváček, also took part in the ceremony.
